Here is a bit about me and what I'm about. In 2006 I came across Learning & Development by chance and uncovered a passion that I'm still trying to control. I'm dedicated to raising standards and capability in L&D and HR and think the opportunities and potential in these areas offer things that no other role can offer. My goals are to develop the knowledge ,skills and behaviours needed for both areas to be seen as a trusted and strategic business partner. I believe these two areas have a huge part to play in building the workplaces of the 21st century.
