Moved to a Sports Reporting Agency in Fleet Street and then went into the film and TV industry as a writer of newsreels and documentaries. Spent 35 years as a freelance director and producer of corporate films and TV documentaries before retiring 5 years ago. Then I had time to study - and started by spending a year to get my City of London guide-lecturer badge.
