Instructions to create a MOWP for the Perth Airport as per MOS 139, to extend runway 03/21 and parallel taxiway 366 metres with the following scenario: Perth Airport has agreed with its contractor BHJ to complete the work as follows: Stage 1 - Completion of parallel taxiway and half of the 90 degree taxiway exists - Work will be completed within 7 days operating 24 hrs. a day - Works include: excavation, fill, pavement, lighting, signs and markings - Taxiway W between RWY 21 and Taxiway Charlie will need to be closed - Temporary closure of northern access road Stage 2 - Completion of runway and remaining 90 degree taxiway exists - Work will be complete within 21 days operating 8 hrs. a day between 2200 - 0600 - Works include: excavation, fill, pavement, lighting, signs and markings - Closure of RWY 21 approach and RWY 03 during that period - Blast barrier installation at the end of RWY 21 - All equipment and installations must be removed by 0500 - Reopen northern access road Access to site will be through the northern access gate and stockpiles will be located at the northern access entrance.]]>
