During COVID, we created for our customer a product-team organization. We mobilized from scratch 450 people within six months in six different locations around the globe. We hope that was a once in a lifetime experience we would do it again but prefer to do it without a global pandemic. Still there are learnings around the impact of COVID on people involved in this. We will share our experience with remote teams working together for the first time in #WFH during COVID. We will share how SAF helped (or not). And we will share personal stories about our emotional journeys and cultural differences. ]]>
