Two and a half of those was spent working with the hotel industry, and the remaining 5 and 1/2 years working in the food services industry. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Human Performance Improvement from Roosevelt University in May of 2010, with the hopes of joining the Adjunct Faculty within the next two years. My career aspirations are to continue working in Training & Development, and possibly branching more into Change Management and/or Organization Development. Ultimately, I would like to work my way up to a Director of Training or Learning position, or that of a Chief Learning Officer.
