After completing my graduation in 1984, I joined Ciba-Geigy pharmaceutical division in January 1985, as a sales representative and worked myself up to be a part of the management team. I joined Bayer Pharma in 1998 and worked on number of job assignments and responsibilities in sales and training departments. On good performance I was promoted and given the responsibility of Manager Institutional Sales, a national level responsibility, with two subordinates & 11 distributors and managing the Annual Sales Conference a 4-5 day event of about 300 company employee.
