Mr. Ahmed assisted with business development and market development efforts of the only Shariah compliant mutual fund in Canada at the time. He is regularly interviewed by the local media including radio, and mainstream newspapers and publications. He is a regular speaker on panels at Islamic conferences and events, both within Canada and in the US and assists conference organizers in selecting panels for Islamic finance events and is very active in the local Islamic Finance efforts in Canada.
