After quitting the corporate job, I traveled around the country for about 2 and ½ years. During this travel, I met, lived and shared space with people from all walks of life – from farmers to snake charmers, from fishermen to businessmen, from healers to seekers. The interactions with experts in various fields in general and my time with remote tribal communities of India in particular, revealed a perspective on scarcity and excess, and taught me the importance of autonomy – autonomy with respect to basic needs.
