With the need for increased productivity to industrial development, the pace of activity in the industry is incremented. Searching for maintaining the competitiveness in the Global scenario, companies generally increase their production targets. The automation implemented in certain steps of the process for reduction cycle time can impact with increase the rate on subsequent manual operations. As kaizen activities (continuous improvement) without the use of appropriate techniques of Cycle Time Measurement, aiming only time cycle reduction can generate early fatigue on the operators during the execution of activity. As proposed positively impact on quality of life employees, labor gymnastics has been applied as a tool to improve the performance of employees in the workplace, such as also the prevention of injury, such as Repetitive Stress Injury /Work-related musculoskeletal disorder, diseases and injuries acquired by repetitive movement's used of the operational activity. This paper presents the effects on an Kaizen activity that increased pace of officials and as a result pain excessive muscle generated by the increased pace . The study shows the effects on a Kaizen activity that required increased pace of employees and as a result excessive muscle pains generated. The study shows the result of reducing the feeling of pain presented by operators after applying a method of Gymnastics directed based on the study of the most used muscular groups.]]>
