If you are the leader of a large corporation or the coach of a little league baseball team, there are stages in your organization where you go through a process of change. In addition, you may be new as the leader or you may feel your organization has become stagnant and mediocre. Throughout my journey, I have gone through many changes in my life and have had several opportunities to lead others through the change process. Change is often a tough but necessary progression and as the leader, often referred to as being the change agent, you can either help or hinder the process. Throughout my experiences, I have utilized the Correlates of an Effective Change Agent (CHANGE) and look forward to sharing them with you. My hope is that through sharing my story and the correlates, you will identify a strategy that will help you become a more effective leader and change agent and lead your organization to an extraordinary level. * C-Care * H-Hustle * A-Approachable * N-Nice * G-Grateful * E-Encouraging ]]>
