It combines the Project Manager, Residential Management Systems Project role I perform with a new compliance element. The compliance element is the development of systems and processes to assist in the management, monitoring and performance across all areas of compliance for the organisation. Basically a way of making sure we are doing what we say we are doing and what we are supposed to be doing. It is the first time since 1999 I am not responsible for a Student Residence or the students' who live within it so its very different. However, I am enjoying the complexity of this role very much.
