The objective is to study the performance appraisal system at kataria automobile pvt.ltd. Secondary objectives is generate and keep a acceptable stage of performance.To keep account in order to decide reward packages earnings arrangement, salary raise etc.To provide feedback to respondent regarding their performance and related status.To analysis and keep the promotional and other guidance programmers to know the employees expectations from the organization and, to make suggestions to improve the performance of the employees to the management. For this study, I have used descriptive research design. I collected primary data through questionnaire and secondary data from books, internet, and website of the company.
