This work presents the "Green, Yellow and Red Flags, in the worker's condition for activities at height", whose goal is to develop a fitness leaderboard / limitation for working at heights considering various health conditions. This research is justified because they are the events involving falls from different levels one of the main causes of severe and fatal occupational accidents in Brazil. Additionally, the recent publication of the Regulatory Standard 35 and the day-to-day of Occupational Medicine, surrounded by doubts about the conduct to the employee's fitness to perform their activities in height, have an interest in this subject.]]>
