I grew up in Williston, ND, finished Medical School and a Masters in Public Health and am in residency for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at SIU in Springfield, Illinois. I am married to Ryan, who is in Radiology residency in Springfield as well. We bought a house and finally have a place to call home with amazing friends and programs. We still feel pretty lucky...unless we are on opposite call! I still play the piano, like to SALSA, love good wine and food, and miss the days when "weekend" meant something. Or when I knew what a day off really meant and took it for granted!
