My long term career goal is to become a registered dietitian and more specifically: educate, and empower people--especially those who are food insecure--to have access to healthy food, the knowledge to make healthy food choices, and desire to eat more healthy. I am most passionate about working with rural and underserved populations. Within the underserved population, I have a special interest in both food insecurity, Native American's and people with neuromuscular disorders.
