This research focuses on the efforts that have been made by PT Unilever Indonesia through Unilever Indonesia Foundation in Jakarta Green and Clean program to solve the waste problem in DKI Jakarta. The CSR activity is considered to be important because, in its business practices, PT Unilever Indonesia is one of Indonesia’s company that manufactures using packing, in the end, all the packs ended up being waste that could damage and contaminate the environment. In an attempt to overcome the problems of waste, Unilever Indonesia Foundation did a program named Unilever Green and Clean. In its development, Unilever Green and Clean program implemented in various cities one of them in DKI Jakarta by name Jakarta Green and Clean, and emphasize its activities on efforts to reduce the volume of waste by introducing the Waste Bank and Trashion. The problem of waste that happened in DKI Jakarta could not be handled only by the government but required others party to contribute to addressing the problems of waste. In this research, the theories that will be used are theories of International Relations, Pluralism, Multinational Corporations, CSR, Citra Theory, Stakeholder, Community Development, and also the integrated solid waste management. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and type of research is descriptive. This study concluded that the implementation of CSR PT Unilever Indonesia through Jakarta Green and Clean program has succeeded in reducing the amount of waste. Also used as value-added goods such as compost and various creations such as bag, umbrella, wallet.
