Most studied enzymes are cellulases, xylanases, pectinases, and recently catalases and azo dye degrading enzymes. This work also includes fungal functional genomics (transcriptomics and proteomics), molecular bioprospecting, fermentation kinetics, and SAF bioreactor design.
