As Publix advances into NC, we have had the privilege of working with LS3P, Stiles Development, Land Design, Haas Kennedy Electrical Engineers, and of course, Publix. This store will be located at 521 and Providence Rd. West. This 3D view gives you a conceptual view of the wet pipe suppression system (orange), the dry pipe system (red), and the grease and sanitary waste (green), vent (purple), domestic CW (blue). The rear pitched roof will be tied to downspouts and run into the storm sewer. As it's a cold shell, only electric unit heaters and small wall heaters will be used until the interior design is completed. This project was awarded to Shelco as the GC.
