A career change, 2 years as Co-ordinator and Trainer in Community Development, lead to practising independently as a Coach and Trainer. Apart from private Coaching, I deliver many training sessions, both independently and in association with Training Companies. My training style is based on my coaching skills, allowing the clients to develop their own best abilities while leading them towards new ideas and skills.
