He was one of the key levers behind the marketing component of the Bank’s three-year strategic plan, which spans 2010 through 2012. A key component of the strategic plan is the change agenda which run on the strategy campaign, ‘my bank is changing’. This strategy seeks to position the bank as a modern universal bank – becoming an employer of choice as well as a banking service provider of choice. Maximus has also worked with the credit management department of the bank.
