SUS also provides Payment by Results processing which accounts for £40BN of the NHS budget. I am recognised as a leading expert in PBR as I have now completed implementation of 8 financial years of policy changes all of which were delivered on time without defects. The chnaging organisation structure of the NHS is a major piece of my current workload and developing systems that will support these changes.
