His research focus area is device simulation / modeling using deterministic solution of Boltzmann transport equation and Poisson’s equation. He is currently researching on: • Temperature effects on impact ionization coefficient of silicon. Other areas that I am interested in: • Numerical computing of differential- integral equations using FDM and FEM. • Developing a high speed CAD for semiconductor devices. • ADC converters. • Repairing electronic devices (analog and digital) particularly UV/IR-spectrometers, power supplies and function generators.
