Pardhasaradhi teaches public administration and public policy at Central University of Jammu, Jammu, India and Heading the Department of Public Policy and Public Administration. He specializes in the fields of administrative theory, decentralized governance and electronic governance. Prof. Pardhasaradhi was Founder Head, Department of Public Administration, University of Asmara, Eritrea, East Africa in 1997. He was university first at the master’s level and has done his doctoral study on participatory development. His illustrious career as an academic spans over two decades. He has done country-wide studies on electronic governance sponsored by the Department of Science & Technol.
