Culture is something we take pride in at LinkedIn. As the collective personality of our organization, it sets us apart, defines who we are and shapes what we aspire to be. Hundreds of companies have defined their unique cultures on ºÝºÝߣShare as part of the Culture Code campaign. https://cdn.slidesharecdn.com/profile-photo-PatWadors-48x48.jpg?cb=1483634315 Such an exciting time of year - we are on-boarding 300+ interns and 300+ recent college grads into our workforce this summer. Amazing energy and passion. Love this time of year. LinkedIn has grown our headcount 41% YOY and we are really focusing on the creation of an inclusive/ diverse environment. We have made progress - but not enough. What is amazing about this journey is the unbelievable commitment we have from our executives to our broader employee base. With this united front, I know we can make a difference. What keeps me up at night? Not much - but I do think about how we continue to attract, retain and engage such an amazing workforce while not losing our unique culture.
