Many aspects of the degree have included hands-on field work looking at site specific issues like mine site rehabilitation to catchment issues like water quality and nutrient runoff. I have already spent 25 years building my very solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure and can't wait to begin tying this altogether with my new knowledge and understanding of the world around us.
