During my leave I was privileged enough to be selected as one of 20 principals in Western Australia as part of the Inaugural Independent Public Schools Principal's Fellowship program with the Department of Education - 2016. I returned from Boston, Massachussetts in July 2016 where I participated in the Harvard University Graduate School of Education LEV (Leadership: An Evolving Vision) course. In addition, I completed the Harvard IOCE (Involving Ourselves in the Change Equation) course in December 2016.
