I went to Eastern New Mexico University to play football -blew out my knee. Learned everything I could about radio/TV production. Joined the Marine Corps and left for Japan. Did a tour as a DJ in Tokyo. Did some news production in Iwakuni. And did some station rebuilding in Philippines after a volcanic eruption. Got shot at for the first time. Next tour was in the desert -loved it. Went to Somalia -hated it. Loved my Marines. Got shot at a whole bunch of times in Somalia. Came back and my son was born. Got out of the Corps and went back to finish up my degree at Arizona State. Finished it and went to Indiana to work as a defense contractor. I worked mostly mana
