I am motivated by the communication of ideas, sharing of experiences and education, and I aim to be a positive influence in my community. I am efficient, organised and a notorious neat-freak and grammar fiend. I love working in a team and am a great motivator, but I am able to take charge when necessary as well. I approach problems head-on, and try to develop a variety of solutions in order to find the best solution for the task at hand.
