After college he moved to Rogers, AR and then on to Little Rock, AR in 1978. He and his wife, Deborah, have a grown daughter and son who also live in Little Rock. Robert started his career in the information technology industry in 1980 on IBM midrange systems as a software developer writing RPG code. He worked for several companies in Little Rock area over the next 14 years spending the last 6 at Arkansas Systems and worked to market, develop, and manage software products for the check and remittance industries. He started Innovative Systems, Inc. (ISI) in
