To enhance his career proficiency, Rogers trained with the International Center for Transitional Justice, Uganda Foundation for Media Development, and, the International Law Services' International Justice Reporting program. Rogers is a Masters Graduate in the Peace and Conflict Studies program with a concentration in Policy Analysis.
