Through this period I had the chance to acquire excellent knowledge in popular billing systems (i.e. BSCS) since its version 3.0 until version 9.0. (IX) Vendor and third party management were crucial to my role either in support or in development. Where support role requires defect and fix handling with the vendor, while development role requires managing out sourced headcount (i.e. implementation plan, task specification documents .. etc) or acquiring a new feature development by the vendor (i.e. writing FSP, reviewing proposal, handling offers … etc).
