In addition to our annual student survey, in 2014 we carried out focus groups to gain a better insight into student perceptions. The Generation Y student has particular characteristics and we will continue to adapt our library services to meet their needs. While I have responsibility for Acquisitions and Collection development my primary interest is Information Literacy.
