I have worked since 2001 in IT projects and I feel lucky because I do what I love. I learned about Scrum in 2007 when the company where I was working decided to adopt Scrum. For the first two years I was part of a Scrum team, and I was fascinated from the role of the Scrum Master because I have always loved to help team’s members. So for me, becoming a Scrum Master, was a natural evolution. In 2009 I started managing project, in agile and traditional ways. I love to communicate and I love challenges, so for me Project Management is the best way to motivate myself.
