Took 5 days of and went in the Navy. 1986 got orders to USS Nimitz CVN 68, stationed in Norfolk, ship repositioned to Bremerton WA in 1987 1987 met my future wife Suzanne 1989 got orders to Precommissioning unit USS Abraham Lincoln CVN 72, Newport News VA August 1989 Married Suzanne :) 1990 Lincoln transfers to Alameda CA 1991 Transfer to shore duty - Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center - Panama City Beach FL Sept 1991 Matthew is born :) Nov 1993 Melissa is born :) 1994 Transfer to USS Conolly DD979, Norfolk VA 1996 Leave Navy, Move to McMinnville TN to work for Bridgestone/Firestone Tires as Extrusion department Technician 1998
