He received his A.B. from Mohammed V University in 1977, his A.M. from Bordeaux-III University (France) in 1978, his Ph. D1. from Sorbonne University (Paris-IV) in 1982, and his Ph.D2 from the same University in 1990. Dr. Ben Maissa was a Fulbright Research Fellow at Vassar College (New York) in 2001, and a visiting Professor at Lafayette College (Pennsylvania) and at St Olaf College (Minnesota) in 2004. Ben Maissa has been appointed Expert for the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education in The European Higher Education System LMD
