My current position is Web Team Manager at the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk. This role involves managing and leading the Corporate Web Team, developing new websites and on-line systems and to encourage channel shift from telephone and face-to-face towards the web, specifically making web transactions more task orientated.
