I am responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive membership program, including the contact and solicitation of new members and custom program participants. I monitor and manage current member retention rates and manage service delivery to all of the Center’s stakeholders. Sustaining and building a robust FBC membership is the key to the success of this community and its programs.
