August is a month of rejoicing and remembrance for two reasons. August 29th happens to be the Birth day (Jayanti) in particular of Gidugu Ramamurti pantulu garu, on whose name our Nation celebrates the “International Telugu Bhaashaa DinOtsavam”; and that is also the day of physical disappearance (Vardhanti) of Gurudev Veturi Prabhakara Sastri garu at Tirupati, on whose name the Nation remembers the “VaaggEyakaara Dinotsavam”on an International basis. Exactly a year back, on the 29th of August 2014, I was In Mauritius, at the invitation of the ‘Telugu Speaking Union’, MGI, Govt. of Mauritius, which played a vital role in preserving and propagating the Modern Telugu Language in their Country. I attach here under part of my PP on that occasion.]]>
