Divorce In Private International Law With people's desire to seek higher living conditions, education, or work prospects expanding as a result of globalisation, the use of private international law in family conflicts is becoming more widespread. Private International Law, commonly known as 'Conflict of Laws,' is a set of laws, regulations, and ideas that deal with legal disputes between persons or constituents of two sovereign states, extending beyond national borders. When it comes to family disputes, Private International Law can be used in a variety of situations, including parental kidnapping, international child support concerns, cross-cultural marriage registration, dual citizenship issues, and matrimonial disputes like divorce or judicial separation. ]]>

This study contributes to the jurisprudential discussion by arguing that globalization is far from a simple rejection of sovereignty and state law. It does so by combining the techniques of international political economics and sociolegal theory. Global processes have had a significant impact on state law. When analyzing the relationship between globalization and law, we must necessarily move the concept of sovereignty to the foreground when reformulating the entrenched disciplinary assumptions underlying these conceptual definitions of the national and international. At the same time, state law is highly adaptive and plays a significant role in recasting transnational developments. More importantly, in practice, the current divide between international and domestic law is becoming increasingly muddled. The result of these interactions necessitates a reassessment of what constitutes "law."]]>

Theft, in layman the act of dishonestly taking something that belongs to someone else and keeping it. We generally describe theft to be the act of stealing property belonging to somebody else. However, theft under IPC has certain specific requirements and ingredients. According to Section 378, theft means dishonestly taking any movable property out of the possession of a person. This taking must always be without the concerned persons consent. Therefore, in order to constitute theft under IPC, the following conditions must exist: Ingredients: To constitute theft, the following ingredients are required: a) The accused must have a dishonest intention to take the property, b) The property must be movable, c) The property must be taken out of the possession of another person, d) Resulting in wrongful gain by one and wrongful loss to another, e) Taking must be without the persons consent (implied or expressed) All of these requirements must exist in order to complete the offence of theft. If anyone of them is missing, the offender is not guilty of theft. For example, a person may take and move somebody elses property thinking it actually belongs to him. In this case, since the offender moved the property as a mistake, he did not commit theft. ]]>

The Legal Internship Program is not designed to teach students how to be good lawyers (or how to be lawyers at all) it takes more than study at University to do that. The classroom study and practical training in the field of law is considered as two sides of coin. The legal profession is one of the professions which are considered incomplete without the practical training. An additional benefit of the internship program is that ot provides you with an opportunity to observe the way in which law operates in a practical milieu, and so may assist you in making future career choices.]]>
