In learning activities, learning media is needed to convey the information from teacher to students in order to increase knowledge, improve student interest, as learning motivation and to support the outcomes of learning. The purpose of this study were 1) to describe the feasibility of media based on the quality of the content and objectives, instructional quality, technical quality and in terms of material evaluation based on the substance or material, construction and language 2) describe students response on the "truth and dare" learning media game 3) describe the learning outcomes of students after using the "truth and dare" media game.This development study using 4-D method of Thiagarajan as the "truth and dare" media game on economic subjects tested on the material bank for IIS 3 Class X SMAN 4 sidoarjo on 16 students. The "truth and dare" game consists of 16 questions about the "truth" that need the answer of 'true' or 'false' and 9 about the "dare" translation answer. The instruments used were review sheet and validation by the experts of media evaluation.Media development research results Truth and Dare game is stated very decent as a medium of learning economy on bank material for class X. feasibility of media from the aspect of feasibility evaluation of materials consisting of objective and subjective matter, feasibility aspects of media comprising content and quality objectives, quality instructional and technical quality, aspects of student responses, and learning outcomes.
