The main goal of the project was to integrate a monitoring system that is based on open source and can monitor the whole IT infrastructure (mixed environment) and its business processes (mission critical applications). Also an asset and ticketing management system were deployed which integrated with the monitoring system and can open request tickets on behalf of monitoring system. The project an automated inventory of the whole IT environment which has populated the monitoring, asset and ticketing system. The project was approved SINTAL concern which is the biggest company for people security in Slovenija. It has more the 16.000 customers. ]]>
