Magisterská oborová práce „Hospodářská usedlost na osadě Koníkov. Projekt založení muzea“ je složena z šesti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje stavu bádání o Koníkově, zbylé kapitoly se však již zaměřují na založení muzea se zemědělskými stroji a nářadím na zpracování obilí z přelomu 19. a 20. století. V práci je představena historie lokality, exponáty v plánovaném muzeu a budova, ve které má být muzeum založeno. Dále jsou nabídnuty analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které ovlivňují realizaci projektu a jeho udržitelnost. Zbylá část práce se zaobírá marketingovou a komunikační strategií, počáteční investicí nutnou pro realizaci projektu a hospodářským výsledkem prvního roku existence muzea. ------------- This Master's thesis „The Farmstead in the Konikov Settlement. Project to Establish a Museum” consists of six chapters. The first chapter deals with the state of research about Konikov, whereas the remaining chapters are already focused on the establishment of a museum of agricultural machinery and tools for grain processing at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The work contains the history of the site, the exhibits in the planned museum and the building in which the museum is to be established. In addition, there are analyzes of the external and internal environment which influence project realization and its sustainability. The rest of the work deals with the marketing and communication strategy, the initial investments that are necessary for the realization of the project and the economic result of the first year of the existence of the museum.]]>
