I have worked as a chef and sommelier, a caterer, event planner, accountant and kitchen/restaurant manager. I believe the latter was the greatest love/hate relationship I have ever had, as it helped me "make my bones", per se. I began teaching college students at a culinary institute and spent five years there before moving from Houston to Orlando.
