He specialized on the designing and exploitation of scientific & technical online databases at System Development Corp., DIALOG Information Services and the University of London from 1981-1983. He served as co-editor of four international indexes of periodical literature (BIBLAT, CLASE, PERIODICA and ASFA-ASFIS) 1984-1988.
