I do not want to lose touch with things like eating. When it comes to eating , I sometimes help myself more by helping myself less. A huge laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in my book. I cant deny my laughter, when it comes, it plops me down from my chair and stays as long as it wants. Though I am thankful for my laughter, except when milk comes out of my nose.
