In my professional career I had a many chances to work on new things - new products, packaging and even new marketing systems. The new-ness meant working with limited knowledge, higher risk. Many a times there was failure (painful & educative) but the success (delightful & encouraging) was also there. This gave more reason to pursue new things. Now I do this as independent consultant. I like teaching. It allows for more innovation than just working for companies. It is great to think of how to engage the students and get them to think on their own. Each class is like a new product, innovative. Between consulting and teaching I like to tackle Sudoku
