Since 2004 University College Dublin (UCD) library has taken a leadership role in the provision of training of students and staff in UCD in the use of Endnote. This poster looks at how endnote support has evolved to broaden access and support, embraced new technologies and adapted to institutional changes. It also shows what new strategies were adopted in order to support off campus users and reposition it in anticipation of future challenges.]]>
