And many of my heroes were radicals, trying to get back to the roots of Christianity. In the past, being labeled radical was nice because it made me feel sassy, and I never had to worry about folks taking me too seriously. It was a word you used to write someone off, usually folks who exaggerated the truth that the world was neglecting. But something strange has happened.
