We are retired and the farm is ably run by my half-brother AJ and Nicola, his wife. They do grain (Wheat, barley) farming, run a dairy of between 100 and 200 Jersey cows and a flock of wool-bearing dohne merino sheep. They employ about 10 people in two seperate groups: one group just does the dairing and the rest the tillage, harvesting and general farm work.
