Isiolo County has been the scene of incidences of Terrorism and Religious Extremism with a lot of its youth being radicalized. Religious extremism leads to intolerance and discrimination of various religious groups identified with the same. An example is Isiolo Boys High School which is a National School with approximately 40 families fearing their children having joined these extremist groups. Thus we, a Group of Kenyatta University School of Law Students took the initiative to visit the place and mobilize for a legal aid forum, to be held on the 3th march and 17th March 2017. We want to sensitize the youth on separation of religion and violent extremism and also address any human rights violation issues that may arise from counter-terror measures.]]>
